This is my second somewhat useful program written in Haskell, mainly put here just to make sure I don't accidentally delete it. Golfers love to keep track of and compare their handicap index, and most people join a club and pay dues in order to do that. Sometimes though it's nice to keep track of your handicap on your own. Very useful if you choose to post only the bad scores to the club but all your scores to this program. That way people think you're worse than you are, and you can win bets more easily.
