Moving, again?
Everyone’s been abandoning LiveJournal recently, so I thought I’d try and figure out why. So I set up WordPress on warmenhoven.org since it sort of comes with DreamHost hosting (one-click install! yay!).
I’ve been tinkering with WordPress for a short time now and I think I’ve got it customized to where most things are about tolerable. I’m not going to be updating LiveJournal with these entries though, so if you really want to read them from LiveJournal, someone’s going to have to create a Syndicated Account.
I’m not yet sure how likely it is that I’ll keep using WordPress instead of LiveJournal. Not being a paid LiveJournal user, there’s not really a lot of incentive to stay. Then again, so far there’s been no compelling reason to leave, either. Until I’ve made my decision, I doubt I’ll tell anyone about this site.
